We are Sofia and Timur, the founders of TimSK.

Yes, we have professional education, but honestly, in this business it is not the diploma that matters — it is experience proven in real conditions.
It all started with a rented house in Sochi, where we renovated two rooms with our own hands.

There was almost no budget — but there was a sense of style, a lot of hard work, and a desire to create great service.
We designed the interior in Scandinavian minimalism, listed it on Booking, and those two rooms began to be booked at prices many times higher than our investment. Our design hit the mark, and our service approach delivered results — the rooms generated strong income.
That is how our journey in the hospitality business began.

Since then, a lot has changed:
