Yes. We work with both large properties and small hotels, starting from 5–8 rooms. For smaller properties, we offer adapted cooperation terms.

Yes. If you are tired of operational management and want stable income, we can find a long-term tenant for your property. We first conduct an audit, calculate the business model, and then make a proposal.

We will select suitable options from our database based on your budget, goals, and preferred format. We also assist with property analysis, negotiations, launch, and further management if needed.

At the moment, our main focus is Montenegro, but we have experience working in several countries. Cooperation in other regions is also possible for interesting projects.

Yes. We have our own staff training program — from housekeeping to management. We implement standards, provide ongoing support, and conduct retraining when necessary.

Each property is assigned a managing partner — an experienced specialist who has completed our internal training. You also get access to the sales department specialists and a personal manager.

Yes. The partner receives monthly management reports covering all key indicators: occupancy, revenue, expenses, profit, sales channel performance, and more.
